Private Session
A personal training session is the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect Pilates performance. The instructor devotes undivided attention to a student's specific needs and develops a customized program to produce optimum results.
These sessions usually begin with a warm-up on the mat, but a variety of pilates equipment can be explored as well. Although these private sessions are rather expensive, it is worthwhile to invest in a few especially when you are just starting out. At Center of Movement we ask you to complete 4 Private Pilates sessions before you start in a group class.
Group Classes
This is a great, relatively economical place for beginners to start and a fun, social way to continue Pilates practice. Using standing, sitting and lying down positions, the instructor cues students through the various stretches and movements, offering visualizations and motivating pep talks to help them make that mind-body fitness connection.
Semi Privates
Semi-private Sessions: is 2-3 people with one trainer. Four private sessions are required before being placed in a semi-private. The instruction here is still based an individual workout, you just share the hour with one other person.
